How to make tasty 'Puso ng Saging con Sotanghon'

Here's a "hearty" meal you can cook for lunch: Puso ng Saging con Sotanghon.

For ingredients, you'll need:

  • Puso ng saging
  • Chicken
  • Shrimp
  • Sotanghon
  • Oil

  • Water

Start by slicing up the banana heart into tiny pieces. Wring them out in some water and set it aside.

Then take a large pan, and fry the shrimp until they turn a pinkish-red color.

Set the shrimp aside and sautee the chicken and heart with some onion and garlic.

Then pour in the water from the banana heart, along with some soy sauce, patis, salt and pepper.

Once that mixture boils and thickens, add the sotanghon and shrimp.

When the noodles, chicken and shrimp soak up the flavors, your "Puso ng Saging con Sotanghon" is ready to serve.
