Chefs laid-off due to COVID-19 start food business together

The food industry is certainly among the hardest hit in this pandemic. Despite innovative measures to adapt to the new normal, it's had to grapple with closures and layoffs — but thankfully, not a broken spirit.

Several chefs who have been laid off from their jobs have come together to start a business. Food PH MNL on Facebook is where they sell a variety of delicious cuisines like Meatballs Spaghetti (starts at P150), beef yakiniku with rice (P300), salted egg chicken wings (starts at P280) and fall-of-the-bone ribs (starts at P599).

They deliver anywhere in Metro Manila, and with their ordering guidelines, assure that their food are freshly made.

Food PH MNL is on a next-day delivery operations. Ordering cut-off is 3pm, with pasta dishes given a one-day lead time.
