Here's where you can grab a bite of plant-based burgers

Eating healthier might not be as difficult anymore with the introduction of plant-based "meat" in various food chains and companies.

Created to look and taste like conventional meat, these plant-based patties are a good option for vegans, or simply those who want a treat without the guilt.

Here's where you can grab a bite of plant-based burgers:

1. Burger King

Burger King Philippines just introduced its Plant-Based Whopper, which promises to taste no different from its original mouth-watering Whopper.

Prices start at P89 for the Whopper Jr. Solo.

2. Shakey's

Shakey's Pizza also introduced its "Goood Burger," which makes use of the company's "unMeat" brand, a recent innovation of sister company Century Pacific Food, Inc.

UnMeat serves as a healthy meat alternative made with non-GMO plant-based ingredients.

The Goood Burger costs only P185.

3. Good Burgers

Good Burger has been awarded by PETA as the best vegan burger for two straight years. They offer two packs of 12 pieces of their veggie patties for P400.

The best part? There are so many ways you can enjoy it!
