[You can really taste the finely grounded peanuts. I agree with the people we talked to; it’s quite creamy.]

According to the eatery’s owner, Pedring Laya, they only offer their Kare-Kare once a week because of its tedious preparations.
“Monday, [maggigiling] ng mani, Tuesday at Wednesday, [ihahanda] ‘yung laman, Thursday, magluluto ng bagoong, Friday, magbabalot ng bagoong at bibili ng gulay,” said Laya.
[On Monday, we’ll grind peanuts. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we’ll prepare the meat. We’ll cook shrimp paste on Thursday, and on Friday, we’ll pack the shrimp paste and buy fresh vegetables.]
Each serving of Kare-Kare ranges from P50 to P100, depending on the amount of meat. — LA, GMA Integrated News
