Solenn Heussaff shows how to make healthy overnight chia bowls


Kapuso actor Solenn Heussaff remains generous in sharing the healthy recipes on her blog. This time around, it's those lovely healthy overnight chia bowls.

Solenn who has always been health conscious said she has been "obsessed with chia," since it is rich in fiber, keeps her full for a long period of time, and is a great source of protein that help boosts her energy — a perfect "instant healthy breakfast" meal, she says.

"And because we’re all busy and stuff, you can actually do overnight chia bowls so you can just prep the night before and take your chia bowl/jar out of the fridge the next day for an instant healthy breakfast."

Some of the ingredients you'll need are coconut milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, bananas, mangoes, nuts, coconut cream and cacao nibs.
