Heart Evangelista on battling anxiety: 'On some days, it gets really tough'

Heart Evangelista has opened up about experiencing anxiety anew, and shared what she does to get through it.

"On some days, battling anxiety gets really tough," the Kapuso actress and style icon wrote in an Instagram post on Thursday.

"I just keep telling myself that as long as I keep pushing and fighting my demons, my happy heart will keep beating," she added.

She made the post amid the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon, imposed due to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat in the country.

Heart has opened up about anxiety on social media earlier this year, as well as her dismay over the negative criticism being thrown at her online.

Nevertheless, Heart continues sending cash and relief goods to people who asked for her help on social media.

Just yesterday, she sent boxes of Vitamin C to Grab drivers, guards, and hospital staff.
