Martin del Rosario emerges from ECQ looking hot and strong

Martin del Rosario is coming out of quarantine hot and strong.

The “Born Beautiful” actor posted a rare shirtless pic on Sunday, showing off a tight tummy, broad shoulders, toned biceps.

According to Martin, this was the result of an everyday workout routine, a proper diet, enough sleep and no alcohol.

He only really stuck with the program and instructions he gets from his gym coach, he shared with GMA News Online. 

Martin has clearly made good use of his lockdown time, working out, playing with his dog, and spending quality time with his family.

The Kapuso hunk has also been posting adorable TikTok videos to keep fans entertained while waiting for the lockdown to pass.
