Valeen Montenegro shares simple thigh gap workout you can do at home

Sometimes, regular cardio doesn't give you the exact definition you want for your "problem areas."

In "Mars Pa More's" Push Mo Mars segment, Valeen Montenegro shared a quick thigh gap workout for people like her, who still have to work on toning the upper legs.

The "Bubble Gang" star also added a twist by using towels or basahan for her feet, so it's perfect for those looking for something fun to do at home during the lockdown.

Valeen started by doing a sumo squat with four pulses. She did this by standing on two towels with her feet far apart, then bent her knees generously.

From this position, she pulsed her body up and down, which really puts the thigh muscles to work.

Valeen then stretched her legs to the sliding one foot out to the side, wiping the floor with the towel, then back again one by one.

Next, Valeen did some "wipers" wherein she assumed a planking position then used the towels beneath her toes to spread her legs open then closed, and repeats.

The actress also did some "half burpees to froggers." She starts by engaging her knees and her core, before planking down, sliding her legs open to the sides, then sliding them in again into a frog-like squatting position, and repeats.
