Michael V. is feeling better but admits lung capacity is not yet at 100%

While coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) survivor Michael V. feels better overall, the comedic genius admitted in the latest episode of "Quarantined with Howie Severino," that his lung capacity is not yet in its 100%.

Medyo madali pa rin ako hingalin," Bitoy said told fellow COVID-19 survivor Howie Severino.

Bitoy said he thinks his lungs was scarred from his battle against COVID-19.

"'Yun na lang siguro dahil feeling ko nag-peklat 'yung lungs ko eh, kaya medyo mahirap siyang mag-expand ngayon at hindi pa 100% 'yung lung capacity," he said.

Aside from his lung capacity, Bitoy said his sense of smell hasn't completely returned.

Bitoy said he has been doing smell exercises.

"At saka in time naman daw babalik siya kaya nagiging patient lang ako. Inaantay ko 'yung pagbabalik nu'ng pag-e-enjoy nu'ng pang-amoy ko," he said.

Apart from his sense of smell and lung capacity, Bitoy hasn't felt the usual COVID-19 symptoms like fever, cough, and colds.

Wala, wala na talaga lahat," he narrated.

The "Bubble Gang" mainstay said he is planning to get tested again, so he can eventually donate his plasma to help recovering COVID-19 patents.

Maibalik ko man lang," he said.

Bitoy said he needs to get test negative twice before he donates his plasma.

"At the moment hindi ko pa nagagawa 'yan pero I'm sure malalaman ng publiko 'pag ginawa ko na 'yan. And I will make sure na malaman nila para kahit papa'no ay makamulat din ng kanilang mga isipan," he said.

On his Bitoy Story vlog, he announced that he tested positive for COVID-19 last July.
