Here’s how you can fight maskne-causing bacteria

If you’ve been dealing with “maskne” or acne due to prolonged wearing of masks, there are three new products that can help protect you against the bacteria that causes it.

Pond’s recently introduced three new skin care products which are formulated with its “Advance Protect Technology” and promise to help fight 99% of maskne-causing bacteria.

The brand said its Anti-Bacterial Facial Foam, which had been tested by dermatologists, has beta hydroxy acid (BHA) and glycerin to prevent acne and maintain the freshness of the skin.

Another one is their Anti-Bacterial Face Wipes, which you can use anytime and anywhere when washing the face is not possible. Aside from the anti-bacterial ingredient, the wipes are infused with glycerin and alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) to help exfoliate skin cells.

Lastly, the Anti-Bacterial Face Mist is an on-the-go product just like the face wipes. It is also infused with AHA, plus niacinamide and glycerin.

The Facial Foam costs Php 156.66, the Face Mist Php 100, and the Face Wipes Php 40 per pack.
