Isabelle Daza's son Baltie says a few affirmations in front a mirror and it's too adorable

Isabelle Daza sure is passing on some good habits to her children.

On Instagram, the celebrity mom posted a video of her firstborn son, Baltie, as he stood in front of a mirror and said his affirmations.

"I'm resilient. I'm enough. I'm capable. I love my body. I care for my animals," began the adorable three-year old before trailing off, conscious and smiling at himself.

And then he turns to his mom, who tells him he can say whatever he wants, and so Baltie began again: "I'm enough. I'm capable. I'm enough," before trailing off again.

In the caption, Isabelle said starting her day with some affirmations "helps shift our mindset to not only see our flaws in front of the mirror but saying it out loud helps us to see and believe how amazing we actually are."

She pointed to Dr. Lia Bernardo as having taught her the practice a just little after Baltie was born "when I was at a very difficult place."

"It really helped so I want to pass it down to my children," Isabelle said, which is how "Tralala The Tiger," her animated children's book, was born.
