Can I still vote if my temperature registers 37.5 at the polling place?

Just to  clarify, persons with symptoms of COVID-19 can still vote in the elections.

Given COVID-19 is still lurking in the background, health protocols are put in place during Philippine elections. Registered voters need to get their temperatures checked, they need to be wearing face masks, and they are encouraged to practice social distancing.

But those with COVID-19 symptoms, those whose temperature reads 37.5C and up, those unvaccinated or those who've left their vaccination cards can still vote, provided they are registered voters.

According to a news report by Dano Tingtungco, what will happen is they will be brought to an isolation polling precinct, separate from other voters, where they will be able to shade their ballots and their fingers, marked with indelible ink.

The catch however is: Persons who are brought to the isolation polling place will not be able to feed their ballots to the voting counting machine yourself.
