Artist who used Ding Dong wrappers to make Dingdong art also made one for Marian

Remember the artist who made a portrait of Dingdong Dantes using Ding Dong plastic wrappers? Well, just made one for Marian Rivera using the same style.

Tagbilaran City-based artist James Permisa Lumagod shared his latest artwork with GMA News Online.

While James used the green Ding Dong wrappers for Dingdong, this time he used the red-colored ones for Marian's collage.

James said he thought of making Marian's art using YanYan scraps but said he couldn't afford to buy some for his art and he had a hard time looking for it in trash bins.

He added that it was only right to also make a Ding Dong portrait of Marian because, "Kaya din po Ding Dong siya ulit kasi di po makukumpleto si Dingdong kung walang Marian Rivera po."

James had initially made waves online with his Dingdong portrait.

No less than the Kapuso Primetime King himself took notice of the artwork and said, "His creativity is making me go nuts!"

Dingdong said when things get better from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat he hopes to see the art in person.
