Heart Evangelista shows off Sorsogon State College Library

Heart Evangelista showed the new library of Sorsogon State College on her Instagram account and it's incredible.

The two-level library features a circular layout, a lot of natural light coming from what appears to be a glass dome, ample desk space, airconditioning, and shelves upon shelves upon shelves of books.

"What a sight!" Heart exclaimed and not a few of her followers agreed.

New York-based Filipino designer Rafe Totengco said it reminded him of the gorgeous library in Stockholm, Sweden, while broadcast journalist Karen Davila said it was "inspired by the Library of Congress in Washington DC! Mini version!"

On Twitter meanwhile, a lot of Heart's followers compared it to the famous Starfish Library in Korea.

Oman-based designer John Olinad Esller replied to Heart's tweet, thanking her and her husband Chiz Escudero for "appreciating my design and concepts."

"As designer, it’s an honor po to know that more people are having a good feedback to the designs," he continued.
