Collectible 'Demon Slayer' blades are for sale in the Philippines

We all wanted to be as badass as Tanjiro Kamado at some point — now we can!

A collectibles store based in the Philippines is selling nichirin blades used by the characters in the hit anime series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba."

According to Geisha's Blades, the swords are made of steel but they're not sharp.

"They’re built purely for display or cosplay," they told GMA News. "Though we have other swords in our website that’s real and sharp, they’re built to be used for martial arts training."

The swords still need to be measured but they might be available for purchase by the end of the week.

In the "Kimetsu no Yaiba" universe, nichirin blades are created specifically for Demon Slayer Corps to slay demons.

The series was based on the manga by Koyoharu Got?ge, and follows Tanjiro who becomes a demon slayer after tragedy befalls his family. —JCB, GMA News
