Season 5 was confirmed in April this year, but there has yet to be an official announcement about the premiere date.

The widely popular anime series aired its fourth season in October last year. To recall, Season 4 covered the Eight Precepts of Death arc, which introduced key characters like Overhaul and Eri.

"My Hero Academia" is an anime based on the manga by Kohei Horikoshi. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014 and is currently ongoing.

It follows the story of Midoriya Izuku, who was born "quirkless" (or lacking a superpower) in a world of superpowered beings, as he makes the difficult journey into becoming a hero. —JCB, GMA News
