'The Witches' trailer introduces a gorgeous and terrifying Anne Hathaway

In case you don't know, "The Witches" is getting another film adaptation, and the trailer just dropped.

A very blonde and very gorgeous Anne Hathaway stole the show as she struck fear and trouble in the minute-long video released by Warner Bros Pictures on Friday.

Also starring in the film are Octavia Spencer and Stanley Tucci.

Directed by Robert Zemeckis ("Back to the Future, "The Polar Express"), "The Witches" is based on the book by Roald Dahl.

It is set to stream on HBOMax on October 22.

The first adaptation of "The Witches" hit the big screen in 1990 and it starred Anjelica Huston, Mai Zetterling, Rowan Atkinson, and Jasen Fisher. —JCB, GMA News
