Royce Cabrera shares adorable story of how he found his rescue dog

Royce Cabrera is a proud fur dad!

The new Kapuso actor revealed that his cute dog, Lulu, wasn’t a pet he bought from a store but an animal who found her way to him three years ago.

“May maliit kami na sisigan dati tapos umuulan. ’Yung cook namin nagluluto ng sisig. Biglang may aso daw, may tuta na pumasok sa ilalim nila,” the “F#*@bois” and “Alter Me” actor said during an exclusive interview on Friday.

His mom, he said, was there and sent him a photo of the tiny askal puppy.

“Ang cute-cute,” Royce said. “Mukhang kawawa. Ang lakas kasi ng ulan, ang dumi-dumi. Sabi ko ampunin na lang natin."

Afterwards, the actor named his new pet Lelouch, or Lulu for short, based on an anime character since the dog looked “maangas.”

Royce signed with GMA Network in December and has since then starred in projects such as “My Fantastic Pag-ibig,” which will air on GMA starting Jan. 30. – RC, GMA News
