What 'Space Sweepers' actor Song Joong-ki thinks happened to the characters after the movie

If you couldn't get enough of "Space Sweepers" and the endearing characters in the sci-fi film, you're not alone.

Even actor Song Joong-ki couldn't help but think about what must have happened after the crazy events of the movie.

"I tried to imagine life of the characters after the film is over and I think that they would always be together," he said in an interview with Philippine press. "The four of them just always bantering and fighting like they always do and just living together."

The South Korean star was referring to the main characters, Tae-ho (Song Joong-ki), Captain Jang (Kim Tae-ri), Tiger Park (Jin Seon-kyu), and Bubs (Yoo Hae-jin). These misfits form the crew of spaceship Victory, who stumble upon a seven year old who is said to be a dangerous android, and end up going on a thrilling adventure.

Song Joong-ki made the comment after he was asked whether he would rather be a UTS citizen or a space sweeper.

"I like the way it is now, hanging out and living life with the crew," he said. "I'm very happy being a space sweeper."
