Princess Mae tries modeling for an agency in new ‘MTV Following: Bretman Rock’ episode

Princess Mae is starting to make a name for herself and has taken the first step to fulfill her modeling dreams.

On “MTV Following: Bretman Rock” Tuesday, Princess Mae shared that after being known as Bretman’s sister for so long, she now wanted to step out of his shadow.

“I want to get out of Bretman Rock’s sister. It’s cute, you know, but I kinda wanna make my own way and really upgrade myself,” she said in the fifth episode.

“Making videos with Bretman is always fun but in order to succeed in this life, I need to be Little Miss Independent and do things on my own,” she added.

Aside from being known as an influencer, Princess Mae revealed that she also wanted to model for a living and be an inspiration to other women.

“What I really wanna do is reach out to an agency for modeling. I feel like I’ll be a really good model because there’s not much girls my size and I wanna encourage a lot of women my size that they’re beautiful,” she said.

“I have a lot of mom and women audience and I would love to walk in a runway in my body type to let every woman know that (in) any size, we run the world,” she added.

After setting up a meeting with a modeling agency, Princess Mae was invited to do a test shoot at their beach house in Hawaii.

To help ease her nerves, her cousin Keiffer gave her moral support during the shoot.

“My strategy right now is to boost her energy up. I’m doing everything I can just for her to make her feel as powerful as she can be like the wonder woman she is,” he said.

Although the results of the shoot are yet to be revealed, artist manager Bobby Gutierrez and the photographer said Princess Mae was “beautiful” and “sexy” all throughout.

In the preview for the next episode, Bobby could be seen giving Princess Mae some feedback.

Bretman, meanwhile, said he hoped the comments she got wouldn’t “crush” her dreams of being a model.

Prior to starring on Bretman’s reality show, Princess Mae has gained attention for her appearances on his vlogs.

She has also launched her own YouTube channel with her family which, as of writing, has more than a million subscribers.

Her Instagram account, meanwhile, has two million followers. – RC, GMA News
