Super Junior's 'The Renaissance' tops iTunes charts in Philippines, 19 other countries

Super Junior is truly having a rebirth this 2021!

According to a report from Soompi, the group's comeback album "The Renaissance

" topped iTunes charts in at least 20 countries.

Aside from the Philippines, "The Renaissance" landed on the no. 1 spot of the iTunes Top Albums charts in Singapore, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Indonesia.

It also hit no. 1 in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Bahrain, Chile, Mexico, and Peru.

The album also topped several music charts in China, such as QQ Music, KuGou Music, and Kuwo Music’s Digital Album Sales Chart.

Super Junior debuted under SM Entertainment in 2005 and is known for their song "Sorry, Sorry."

The group has nine active members: Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun.
