Keanu Reeves to star in Netflix adaptation of his own comic 'BRZRKR'

Keanu Reeves' comic series is getting a film and anime series adaptation on Netlix, and who else would star in it but the man himself?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix won screen rights to "BRZRKR," which was published by BOOM! Studios.

The comic will be adapted into a film feature and will get an anime spin-off series, the report said.

The first issue of "BRZRKR" was released earlier this October. The story follows a man known only as Berzerker, a half-mortal, half-god who has been wandering the world for centuries. He eventually ends up working for the U.S. government in exchange for the truth of his existence, and how to end it.

Even before the comic was released, excerpts showed that the main character looks like Keanu himself.

Keanu will reportedly both star and produce the projects.
