Do you still remember the kilig (and the heartbreak) when you watched “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” for the very first time?

Well, Mario Maurer a.k.a. P’Shone has a message for you.

“I would like to give a message to my ‘Crazy Little Thing Called Love’ fans in the Philippines,” the Thai superstar told GMA News Online in a virtual press conference on Tuesday.

“You know, because you guys really supported me and you made this movie, you know—like everybody got to know my movie—thank you very much for supporting us, and please continue supporting me and my job,” he said.

Mario also gave a shoutout to his onscreen partner Baifern who also rose to fame after starring in “Crazy Little Thing Called Love.”

“Thank you very much for supporting us and this really means a lot to me and Baifern, of course,” he added.

Mario virtually greeted his Filipino fans on May 11 as one of the newest brand endorsers of TNT, along with fellow Thai actors Gulf Kanawut and Nonkul Chanon.

“Crazy Little Thing Called Love” is a coming-of-age film about a relatable teenage girl, Nam, who falls head-over-heels in love with a handsome boy at her school.

The iconic romantic comedy came out more than 10 years ago, but its heartwarming story about crushes, friendship, and family continues to resonate with fans across different countries, including the Philippines.
