Nicole Scherzinger, Manny Jacinto, Darren Criss join voice cast of 'Trese'
"Trese" doesn't just come with a unique storyline, but it also comes with a star-studded voice cast!
On Friday, Netflix announced the English and Filipino language voice cast of the highly anticipated original anime series.
Netflix revealed that singer Nicole Scherzinger, "The Good Place" star Manny Jacinto, and "Glee" actor Darren Criss are among the big names to join the team.
Aside from them, "Blood Ransom" actor Jon Jon Briones and Dante Basco, who voiced Prince Zuko in "Avatar: The Last Airbender," will be featured in the series.
Last March, it was revealed that "Pretty Little Liars" star Filipino-Canadian actress Shay Mitchell and Liza Soberano will be voicing Alexandra Trese.
"Trese," the Philippines' first ever Netflix Original anime series, is based on the Filipino fantasy crime-horror graphic novel of the same name created by Budjette Tan and Kajo Baldisimo.
Revolving around mythical creatures of the Philippine folklore who live in hiding amongst humans, "Trese" is set to premiere on the major streaming platform on June 11.
