Han So Hee reveals she made some of the paintings featured on ‘Nevertheless’

Han So Hee didn’t just give her all in acting out her role on “Nevertheless,” but she also lent her own creativity to the series!

During the romance series’ media conference on Friday, the “The World of the Married” star shared that she made some of the drawings and paintings featured on “Nevertheless,” as she majored in art similar to her character Yoo Na Bi.

“Na Bi always carries around a drawing notebook and when I was filming and shooting,  there are some drawings that I drew myself and in Na Bi’s home you can see some of the drawings I did in the past,” So Hee said in Korean.

“Nevertheless” producer Kim Ga Ram also said that Song Kang, the series’ leading man, had to take art classes because his character also studied in art school, but So Hee didn’t need lessons anymore.

“So Hee didn’t have to because she is already good at art,” Go Ram said. “The art director was very fond of her because she knows where to go, what to do and she’s really good at the utensils as well.”

She added: “Most of the works in Na Bi’s room she drew herself. The scene Na Bi was drawing, that’s something she did herself.”

“Nevertheless,” a romance drama series based on a webtoon of the same name, revolves around young art student Na Bi who doesn’t believe in love after the disastrous end of her first love, but still wanted to date.

Meanwhile, Song Kang’s character Park Jae Eon enjoys flirting with many women but doesn’t believe in dating exclusively. The two have different wants, but nevertheless they find themselves drawn to each other.

The much awaited series is set to premiere on Netflix this June 20 with new episodes every Sunday. – RC, GMA News
