Could a BTS-Missy Elliott collab happen in the near future?

A fan recently asked the American hip-hop icon on Twitter if she would like to work with the South Korean superstars, and she said she would be "down" if they are.

“Please Missy just collaborate with BTS I can’t leave this world without something of you guys,” the fan wrote.

“Of course that would be their call I’m down 4 sho,” Missy replied, together with three purple heart emojis.

The rapper has also sent purple hearts to several other netizens who tweeted her about a possible BTS collab.

This comes amid the hype around the upcoming collaboration between BTS and Megan Thee Stallion for a remix of the group's hit song "Butter."
