Disney+ releases trailer for 'Home Alone' reboot

We're getting a reboot of the classic "Home Alone" film franchise just in time for the holidays!

Disney+ just released the trailer for "Home Sweet Home Alone," which introduces 10-year-old Max Mercer, played by "Jojo Rabbit" star Archie Yates.

As the story goes, Max is left behind by his family as they travel for the holidays, and he must defend his house from burglars.

The original "Home Alone" film, which hit theaters in 1990, starred Macaulay Culkin, Joe Pesci and Catherine O’Hara, and had two sequels.

"Home Sweet Home Alone" will premiere on Disney+ on November 12. —JCB, GMA News
