SB19 is setting the world ablaze!

The Filipino group's single "Bazinga" set a new record after it spent the most number of weeks at number one on Billboard's Hot Trending Songs chart.

According to a Billboard report

on Tuesday, SB19's hit single held the top spot for seven consecutive weeks, surpassing the record of BTS's "Butter."

Billboard's Hot Trending Songs charts, which tracks global music-related trends and conversations in real-time across Twitter, monitors what songs people are talking about, and not necessarily what they're listening to.

"Bazinga," which gained 9.3 million Twitter mentions in the span of Jan. 15-22, has made headlines since its music video release in October. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
