'Drag Den Philippines,' Manila Luzon nominated at 28th Asian Television Awards

"Drag Den Philippines" has two nominations at the 28th Asian Television Awards!

According to the award-giving body's list released on Sunday, "Drag Den Philippines" is nominated for Best Reality Show, while the show's host, Manila Luzon, vies for Best Entertainment Presenter or Host category. 

On Facebook, "Drag Den Philippines" creator Rod Singh expressed excitement about the drag show's nominations.

“OMG[!] I JUST FOUND OUT!" she said in the caption.

"After the Asian Academy for Creative Awards nominations, comes another nominations from ASIAN TV AWARDS[!]," she added.

"Drag Den Philippines" aired its first season on Prime Video Philippines in 2022. Among the eight drag queens who competed, NAIA emerged as the show's first Drag Supreme.

In April, "Drag Den Philippines" announced that it was renewed for Season 2 and is slated to air on Prime Video Philippines in 2024.
