SONA 2019 Red carpet arrivals are underway

At 15 minutes before 2 p.m. on Monday, July 22, lawmakers, politicians, their wives, significant others, and family members started trickling down on the red carpet of Batasang Pambansa for the 4th State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Duterte.

Among the early birds were Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar and wife, front founder and leader Nur Misuari, and Duterte supporter Gemma Sotto, who literally wore her allegiance. Filling up her A-line skirt were various prints of the President's face.
