Carly Rae Jepsen enjoys dirty ice cream, explores Intramuros while in Manila

It looks like Carly Rae Jepsen has surrendered her heart to the Philippines.

The singer, who was in town to perform at the Wanderland Festival over the weekend, enjoyed some dirty ice cream at Fort Santiago.

On Instagram, the Canadian popstar said she "had some of the best food we have ever eaten" as she shared a photo album that showed her visiting historical sites, meeting some fans, and snapshots of her on stage at the festival.

"Finally back in the Philippines and it’s been the most fabulous trip! So much warmth and generosity from everyone we met," Carly said.

"Thank you Manila for welcoming us with open arms," she concluded.

Carly last visited Manila in 2019. She most recently released a new album, "The Loneliest Time," and a music video for "Surrender My Heart." — Kimberly Tsao/LA, GMA Integrated News
