Ayala Land Premier expects P3B in sales from Davao project


Ayala Land Premier expects to generate around P3 billion in sales from its high-end mixed-used development in Davao City.

“We [expect] close to P3 billion for the second tower,” Ayala Land Premier head of sales and marketing Paolo Viray said in a press briefing in Makati City on Wednesday.

The company booked P2.6 billion in sales from its first premium tower residence in Azuela Cove, which was sold out after its launch last year.

The company expects higher sales for the second tower even if unit prices have increased by 8 percent to 10 percent.

Viray noted the second tower is to be launched in the next few months. Both residential towers are to be completed in 2023.

Azuela Cove is a 25-hectare development in Lanang, Davao City. The project under Aviana Development Corp.—a 60:40 partnership between Ayala Land Premiere and Davao-based Alcantara Group of Companies.

“What we are seeing is the confidence of Davao market in the project’s first-of-its-kind concept. The luxury seaside condominium is a first in Davao ...” Viray said.

Ayala Land and Alcantara Group are investing P20 billion in the Davao project over 10 years. —VDS, GMA News
