BPI announces online, mobile services back to normal

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced that clients can once again avail of online and mobile services.

"We are pleased to inform you that our online and mobile channels are now fully accessible," the bank posted on its social media account.

"Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued patronage."

It can be recalled that BPI announced that services would be temporarily unavailable due to a system upgrade.

BPI said transactions can instead be made through automated teller machines (ATM) and cash accept machines.

The bank had earlier undergone a three-day system upgrade from April 5 to 7. Electronic and ATM transactions were unavailable during the period. — BAP, GMA News
