BPO firm Etelecare sees 2007 profit at $20.8M

Business process outsourcing firm Etelecare Global Solutions Inc. on Tuesday said it is expecting as much as $20.8 million in profit this year, almost double the $12 million in made last year. In an interview with reporters, Etelecare chief finance officer J. Michael Donaldson also said revenues for the year are projected to jump to as much as $256 million from $195 million a year ago. Etelecare common shares are now part of the Philippine Stock Exchange after it listed by way of introduction on Tuesday. Etelecare was first part of Nasdaq. The company, whose operations are based in the Philippines, had its initial public offering last March. - GMANews.TV
