Maynilad announces 18 areas to experience daily water interruption starting March
At least 18 areas will experience daily rotational water service interruption starting March, concessionaire Maynilad said.
On Sunday, Maynilad announced that Quezon City barangays Batasan Hills, Commonwealth, Holy Spirit, and Payatas will have no water daily from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
“Maynilad may be constrained to implement these more strictly in the coming days,” it said in an advisory.
“Depending on the actual daily supply situation at Ipo Dam, we will shorten the scheduled service interruption in affected areas. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” it added.
On Friday, Maynilad also announced the schedule of at least 18 cities and municipalities that will experience daily rotational service interruption.
The affected areas includes barangays in the following areas: Caloocan, Manila, Makati, Malabon, Muntilupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Quezon City , Valenzuela, Bulacan, as well as Cavite City, Bacoor, Noveleta, Imus, Kawit, and Rosario in Cavite.
