Cebu Pacific cancels Manila-General Santos flights


Cebu Pacific has announced the cancellation of the Manila-General Santos-Manila flights for Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

 

 

The airline posted a statement through its social media accounts on Monday night, saying that the company was not able to get an approval for the said flights.

"The previously announced Manila-General Santos-Manila flights on June 2 is cancelled, as we were unable to get the necessary approvals to mount the flight," the company said.

"We are in the process of informing affected guests regarding this development."

Earlier, Cebu Pacific announced that operations will resume on June 2, 2020, with a limited number of domestic flights out of NAIA Terminal 3.

"We will continue to work with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), as well as other national and local government authorities, on the rules and requirements to resume commercial passenger flights between areas under a GCQ," it said. -- BAP, GMA News
