Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), the subsidiary of Andrew Tan’s Megaworld Corp., on Monday said it will offer P1.3-billion worth of lots in its luxury residential village set to be launched in Trece Martires, Cavite.

In a disclosure to the local bourse, GERI said the Prana Garden Villas will be housed inside the 340-hectare integrated lifestyle community Sherwood Hills.

The turnover of lots is set to start in 2026, with the first phase of the project set to cover 178 lots ranging from 240 square meters to 513 square meters.

“Through this development, we intend to create a sanctuary of wellness that allows future residents to nurture unique, holistic lifestyles while living harmoniously with nature,” GERI first vice president Rachelle Peñaflorida said.
