Another round of fuel price rollbacks seen next week —Unioil

Pump prices of petroleum products are expected to go down in the coming week, fuel player Unioil Petroleum Philippines said Saturday.

In its weekly price forecast for May 5 to 11, Unioil said the price per liter of diesel is seen to be slashed by P0.20.

Gasoline price, on the other hand, is projected to drop by P0.60 to P0.70 per liter.

Fuel companies usually announce pump price adjustment every Monday to be implemented on Tuesday.

Total year-to-date adjustments stand at a net decrease of P15.27 per liter for gasoline and P16.89 per liter for diesel, data from the Department of Energy showed. —Ted Cordero/LBG, GMA News
