PSE to return to pre-pandemic trading hours beginning Dec. 6, 2021
The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) will return to its pre-pandemic trading hours on the first Monday of December amid the easing of mobility restrictions and improving COVID-19 situation in the country.
In a memorandum dated November 22, the PSE said that “effective Monday, December 6, 2021” it will “go back to its pre-pandemic full day five-hour trading schedule.”
The full day five-hour trading is as follows:
- 09:00 a.m. - Pre-Open
- 09:30 a.m. - Market Open
- 12:00 noon - Market Recess
- 01:00 p.m - Market Resumptions
- 02:45 p.m. - Pre-Close
- 02:50 p.m. - Run-Off/Trading at Last
- 03:00 p.m. - Market Close

“The above schedule will be in effect until further notice," the local bourse operator said.
Since last year, the PSE has been implementing reduced trading hours from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. due to COVID-19 restrictions and the implementation of flexible work arrangements at the local bourse. — Ted Cordero/RSJ, GMA News
