LOOK: Despite repeated appeals, devotees litter Quirino Grandstand
Despite repeated appeals by Church officials and non-government groups, many devotees of the Black Nazarene left litter at the Quirino Grandstand early Friday.
Hours before the yearly Traslacion was to start from the Quirino Grandstand, garbage could be seen scattered in the area, radio dzBB's Manny Vargas reported.
Photos posted by dzBB's Vargas showed trash, mostly food wrappers, strewn on the ground.
