One dead in Roxas boulevard ambush

A riding in tandem fired upon a white van on Thursday evening along Roxas Boulevard, Super Radyo dzBB's James Agustin reported on State of the Nation with Jessica Soho.

One fatality identified as a Japanese national, who was riding in the middle of the van, was reported and was not yet identified by authorities as of posting time.

Another passenger, a Filipino, was wounded in the incident.

Scene of the crime Operatives (SOCO) are processing the crime scene.

There are six people inside the van, four are Japanese while two are Filipinos. They came from a restaurant and were reportedly on their way back to their hotel when the shooting occurred. — BAP, GMA News
