The family of a slain 17-year-old Grade 11 student is planning to use the CCTV camera footage of the barangay against the cops who allegedly killed him.
In the video it was shown that cops supposedly carried victim Kian Loyd delos Santos, contrary to police claims that the student resisted and took off.
Pa'no siya nakipagbarilan, bitbit nila. Piniringan daw 'yung mata. Pinipilit nila magturo ng mga drug pusher eh wala namang alam ang anak ko," said father Zaldy delos Santos in an Unang Balita report on Monday.
Pa'no susuksok 'yung 45 doon e 'di nalaglag na 'yun," he added.
Zaldy vowed to seek justice for the death of his son.
Kian was killed Wednesday night as police conducted Oplan Galugad in Barangay 160.
The three policemen involved in the killing of Kian have been relieved from their posts, National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Oscar Albayalde said Friday. —Anna Felicia Bajo/KG, GMA News
