MMDA’s Garcia named OIC general manager

President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Jose Arturo Garcia as officer-in-charge general manager of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), according to appointment papers released by Malacañang on Monday.

He succeeded Thomas Orbos, who is now an undersecretary at the Department of Transportation.

Garcia was previously the agency's assistant general manager for planning. —NB, GMA News
