Piles of garbage thrown back by Manila Bay spill onto Roxas Boulevard

Piles of garbage were seen strewn on Roxas Boulevard on Saturday as strong winds due to bad weather continue to create big waves in Manila Bay.

According to YouScooper Norly Capanzana, it seemed the sea simply returned all of the trash that was dumped in it by the people.

Another YouScooper also showed a clip of the flooded Roxas Boulavard in the afternoon as vehicles took caution in passing down the road.
