Parents of bullied kid inside Ateneo restroom report incident to QCPD

The parents of the Ateneo Junior High School student who was punched and kicked by a classmate inside the school restroom have reported the incident to the police.

According to a report on "State of the Nation with Jessica Soho", the parents were accompanied by a lawyer to the Station 9 of the Quezon City Police District on Wednesday night.

The parents had the incident recorded in the police blotter.

The administration of the Ateneo De Manila University has confirmed that the bullying incident involved students of the junior high school department.

Videos of the bullying incidents have gone viral.

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra and the Philippine National Police has said that school officials and the suspected bully's parents could be made answerable for the incidents since he was a minor. —NB, GMA News
