Arresting officers from the Makati CPS Police, Staff Sergeant Allan Agbayani and Police Corporal Jonathan de Guzman, proceeded to the area after police received information about a "brawl" from a security guard.
Upon their arrival, the suspect was quoted as saying: "Di niyo ba ako kilala? F__, p___ i__ n'yo. Ano, suntukan na lang tayo?"
The officers reportedly tried to calm the suspect, but he resisted until "reasonable" force was used to subjugate him.
Gutierrez was later brought to the CPS for documentation, but he reportedly told the complainants: "Sino ka? ipapatanggal kita sa serbisyo? Kilala mo ba kami?"
He then allegedly mentioned the name of veteran politician and former House Speaker Feliciano “Sonny” Belmonte Jr.
The actor also allegedly tried bribing the arresting officers with P2,000, according to a separate report on GMA News 24 Oras Weekend.
Gutierrez may face charges of alarm and scandal and disobedience to persons in authority.
The case has been turned over to the Station Investigation and Detective Management Branch for investigation as of the incident report. —Margaret Claire Layug/KG, GMA News
