Chinese driver plows through vehicles in Manila, spits on cop
A Chinese man driving an SUV plowed through several vehicles in Manila on Thursday as he tried to escape a traffic officer who flagged him for a coding violation.
According to a Super Radyo dzBB report by Isa Avendaño-Umali, the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau said one of its officers flagged the driver in Binondo for a coding violation, but the man sped through traffic in a bid to escape.
He was driving a white Toyota SUV and was accompanied by a Filipino woman who said he picked her up in Quiapo.

The driver ended up on Tayuman Street at the corner of Abad Santos Avenue, slamming into three motorcycles, one e-tricycle, and one car along the way.
Video also shows the man spitting on a police officer.

Authorities have recovered one sachet of suspected shabu from the SUV.
