Plastic plays big part in Tondo's 'new normal'

As establishments open in Tondo, Manila under the modified enhanced community quarantine, many stores have resorted to plastic as protection against COVID-19.

Based on tweets by Super Radyo dzBB's Isa Avendano-Umali, the plastic is usually used by sari-sari stores and bakeries.

Store owners said the plastics are regularly cleaned and replaced.

Customers, meanwhile, are told to observe social distancing and wear face mask at all times. --KBK, GMA News
