due to more testing being done.

The vice mayor said the city government will continue conducting swab tests in areas where there are positive COVID-19 cases.

At least maze-zeroed na natin kung asan yung may problema," she said.

A total of 41,458 rapid tests and 7,328 swab tests have been conducted as 6 p.m. on Friday, data from the Manila Health Department showed.

Lacuna also said the city government has started constructing its own COVID-19 testing laboratory in Sta. Ana Hospital.

This facility is expected to process nearly 200 swab tests daily. —KG, GMA News
