San Juan's Agora Market reopened to public —Zamora

The local government of San Juan City announced the re-opening of Agora Market beginning Thursday, July 16.

In an advisory posted on Facebook, Mayor Francis Zamora said only vendors and staff with health clearance or blue ID will be allowed to sell in the market.

Vendors must observe physical distancing and must always wear face masks for their protection, according to Zamora.

"Kung mayroon pong hindi sumusunod sa mga patakarang ito, agad ipagbigay alam sa ating San Juan Police at Task Force Disiplina. Para po ito sa kaligtasan ng lahat," Zamora said.

The market was temporarily closed after some vendors and workers tested positive for COVID-19. Zamora said the market underwent disinfection as part of health and safety protocols. —Anna Felicia Bajo/KBK, GMA News
